How to Play
Arcane Arts Academy is a GameHouse Premiere exclusive Time Management game. The goal of the game is to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible to earn high scores. Playing is simple!
- Click or tap the item a customer orders to place it in your inventory tray.
Tip! Did you pick up the wrong item? Tap on it on your tray to remove it!
- Deliver the customer’s order by tapping on them once the items have been collected.
- Combine items with multiple pieces by tapping on them in the correct order.
- Prepare special items by tapping their station. A meter will appear showing when it’s ready.
- Check out customers once you’ve delivered all the items they asked for to receive a final score.
Scoring and Customer Happiness
Customers give you a score based off how good your service was. The quicker you serve a customer, the happier they’ll be. Bring the correct items and check them out quickly to earn the highest scores. If you bring the wrong items or take too long, the customers will get upset. If they lose all their hearts, they’ll leave without giving a score!
Earn bonus points by serving orders quickly, bringing all the items ordered in a single trip, serving customers back-to-back, and finishing levels with all stations cleaned.
Sphinx the Cat Locations
Erika’s beloved feline companion Sphinx the Cat is hidden in each level of the game. Find Sphinx for a score bonus. Find Sphinx in every level to earn a special achievement! For all Sphinx the cat locations, check out the Sphinx locations section.

Use diamonds you collect from completing story objectives and earning high scores to decorate Erika’s very own dorm room!

Learn how to obtain the highest scores and become the best student the academy has ever seen. Here are a few bonus tips and tricks that will make you an instant expert at the Arcane Arts Academy!
- Happy Customers – Customers can have up to 5 hearts. Happy customers give the biggest tips to boost your score, so don’t keep anyone waiting around too long! Serving orders quickly can even boost their mood.
- A Magical Combination – Serve customers back-to-back to earn additional score bonuses. Checking out multiple customers at once will also boost your score! The more you serve or check out subsequently, the higher the bonus will be.
- Bonuses – Serve customers within a few seconds of their order to earn a Quick Service bonus. Bring all the items a customer requests in a single trip to earn a Full Order bonus. Combos and bonuses are the key to multiplying your score.
- Sparkling Clean – Keep stations clean so new customers can come in. If you complete your shift with all stations cleaned, you’ll earn a special score bonus!
- Cat-astrophe – Sphinx the cat is hidden in every level. Find Sphinx to earn a small score bonus!
- Much To-Do About Something – Complete story objectives in every level to earn diamonds to decorate Erika’s dorm room! You’ll also receive a bonus for completing objectives before your shift ends.

Tip! Checking out two students counts toward your goal just as much as three. When you have three or more students, try serving only two and checking them out before serving the third. Let the other student count toward a new combo for your objective!

Tip! There’s a new station in the Courtyard. Siren will be there to stamp student passports. Siren’s station works separately from Erika’s, so even while Erika is busy with another task, you can still perform passport tasks with Siren. Use this time management to your advantage!

Keep Erika moving. The meter in the upper right corner will show how much time you have left before Erika has to move again. Erika will naturally move from place to place as you pick up items and complete tasks. However, the trick is keeping her moving when you’re not serving students. The best way to do this is to alternate tapping on the fireball and iceball. If you don’t pick up the lantern first, Erika will move back and forth between them without adding any new items to your inventory.

| Fire up and win an already played level 5 times | Replay any level 5 times. Complete each playthrough with at least 1 star to unlock this achievement. |
| Collect crowns by performing side tasks | Each level has a special task or story objective. Complete all 60 story objectives in Levels 1 – 60 to unlock this achievement. |
| Find the cats | Find Sphinx the cat in all 60 levels. For a list of Sphinx the cat locations, check out the Sphinx locations section. |
| Complete levels with 3 stars | Finish all Levels 1 – 60 with the maximum score of 3 stars. For additional tips and tricks, check out the General Tips section. |
| Bring 20 customers to anger and leave | Let 20 customers get so angry they leave without giving a score. This applies across all levels of the game and can be completed at any time. |
| Serve customers with 5 hearts at the checkout | Check out five-heart customers across all levels of the game to work toward this achievement. |
| Watch all the scenes | Watch all cutscenes in the game. You can rewatch cutscenes by tapping the clapperboard icon at the top of the level select map. |
| Get “all clean” bonus on 10 levels | Complete 10 levels with an All Clean bonus. All tables and stations must be clean to earn this bonus. |
| Get a bonus for quick service | Serve all the pieces of an order to a customer within a few seconds of the order being placed to earn a Quick Service bonus. |
| Get a bonus for full orders | Bring a customer all the items they ask for in a single trip to earn a Full Order bonus. |
| Complete all levels in the bookshop | Finish all 15 levels at the Bookshop location. |
| Complete all levels in the courtyard | Finish all 15 levels in the Courtyard location. |
| Complete all levels in the glasshouse | Finish all 10 levels at the Greenhouse location. |
